God is having me make quite a few tough conversations recently. Some easier, some much harder. Mostly business related, some personal related.

As much as Aerotek pulled me down to the depths of despair with depression, they definitely helped me grow professionally, helped me to have better, meaningful conversations, and helped me to give and receive feedback in ways that are, not ever easy, but, in ways that help both people rather than hurt relationships. They’ve helped me to be more honest with myself, and be more honest with others.

For those that aren’t successful with this, learning experience from the paragraph above: always take all the good out of every bad life experience, and toss the bad in the garbage because that’s unnecessary. LET THE GOOD PAST EXPERIENCES SHAPE YOU, AND LET THE BAD PAST EXPERIENCES NOT DEFINE YOU!

It’s not all Aerotek; some professionalism just comes with getting older, some comes with running a business, some just comes from dealing with really HARD things in life and learning and growing from them. But either way, I thank all those that surround me, personally and professionally, past and present, that help become a better person and live more kindly, gracefully, and eloquently.

All Good Things. ?✨
