Thoughts before bed.
(Know that the beginning of this is going to sound sarcastic, but is 100% not)
If you haven’t yet, I really recommend getting a really awful car that breaks down all the time for various reasons and planning on going on lots of out of state (or just far away) drives. Sure, it’s terrible in the beginning and you may lose a little hope, but once you put the frame together of figuring out where to go next, piece by piece the whole adventure starts to come together and builds into something that could never have taken place before.
“All these little parts of the machine constantly working, making sure that you end up exactly where you’re supposed to be, exactly when you’re supposed to be there. The right place at the right time.”
That machine is perfectly imperfect, and that machine is my life.
No matter how small or large of a gear you are in that machine, thank you; you’re helping to make my life what it was made to be.
