To fix a heart that’s been broken and shattered and torn apart so many times, it’s hard. Very near impossible. The fact that the someone you let inside completely wrecked the place and tore everything out of it, wrecked the furniture, and stole some things and some memories while he or she was at it, too.
And after that happens, all you want to do is put up a solid steel wall, bolt it, chain it up, and lock away the key forever. But that won’t fix the damage that’s been done. You can try to put things back into place, but it just won’t be the same. You need a new someone, a new friend to, maybe not put things inside that heart of yours exactly where they belong, but maybe redesign it and give it a new look.
But that someone has to be capable of doing so, be capable of fixing you, and restoring your heart to what it once was. And you have to give that someone enough trust, and that key, to let him or her inside and past all the locks and chains. But who can you trust after doing so before and having that person completely destroy everything inside of that heart and make you believe that there can never be someone again to give you that Love that you need?

Only the One.
Find him, find her, cause they’re out there, somewhere out there.
