Unrequited.

Girl: But how could I truly Love you when I know full well that you never could return the feelings. How could my heart do that to me? Let me fall in Love with someone who could never Love me back…
Me: Cause life sucks, and God threw us both a curve ball. Like darn Him!
Girl: Exactly. I don’t understand this little test that has been set up for us. What I feel for you is as close to Love as you can get without actually being there.
Me: It’s a weird test. Maybe He wants you to find the straight version of me, and me to find the guy version of you. You know they’re buds somewhere across the country. Haha.
Girl: Ummm, yeah I don’t think that’s it. Cause why wouldn’t He just let us meet them in the first place? Why put us through this crap first.
Me: Because He wanted to point and laugh for a bit! His life may have been a little boring on March 6th [the day we met], and He was like, “Oh, this’ll be good.”
Girl: Why not stop it though? Why let it grow into something impossible?
Me: Cause it’s just all fun and games for God, apparently.
